The base of the building was raised to 36 meters to form a huge "floating platform", and a "rooftop garden" was established at the top; The waist is wrapped in a bright red light strip, forming a beautiful candlestick. This 46 story building has a column shaped exterior, and its facade is covered with square glass. This building is the second largest designed and constructed by OMA Architects in China.
